The Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship with NPQSL can be funded through the Apprenticeship Levy. If your employer has a wage bill in excess of £3m, 100% of the cost will be paid for from your Employer’s levy pot - please check with your Finance Director / Business Manager if you’re not sure if your employer pays into the levy.
If your employer does not pay the Apprenticeship Levy then the Government will fund 95% of the cost and your employer will need to commit to paying 5% of the fee (£700). This covers the cost of both the Apprenticeship and the NPQSL. Educational and Sporting Futures should be able to support your employer to reclaim this £700 via a process known as Levy Transfer. Please contact us at info@esfapprenticeships.co.uk with any questions regarding funding.
